SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours, in case of a delay, we will let you know by email.

All purchases will be shipped with our Eco friendly Macoli Jewellery boxes. Shipments are arrange via An post for all Ireland deliveries. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.

We offer FREE delivery in Ireland on order over €50 (avg. 2-5 working day service)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to accept returns for unwanted products (excluding any type of earrings for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase, starting from the day you received the product. All items must be return unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damage, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and provide them your order confirmation number. Please send the order back with receipt for full refund. We will cover the postage cost back to us only in the case of faulty goods. The Jewellery should be unworn in their original packaging and in a good sealable condition
